Good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed, beautiful and new-fashioned room.

All of the staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable. My suite was new-fashioned and very well kept. The bathroom with bathtubs.

Location : the hotel was just off an NEW establishment and the CHP academy and Sacramento. Had nice dainties at Starbucks, located easy walk to the property. Liked neat & new-fashioned room. The bed was comfy and it was great having multi-channel TV, a couch bed and an iron.

The staff were exceptional, peaceful location in the middle of jackson. Our well-maintained and new-fashioned room was equipped with the basics like multi-channel television, a microwave oven, and a writing desk.

Great location to Lake Tahoe Loop. The staff are affable and the room is clean and outstanding.

We had room which had TV set, a couch bed and an iron and was neat and beautiful. The hotel was in a peaceful and particularly good location, in the middle of jackson. The venue was fairly clean with amicable and pleasant staff.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect for the downtown event we attended, with easy freeway access. The property was very modern, clean, and quiet. Our front desk customer service agent was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, with hot foods ready-to-go. We loved the option of real plates and glasses or disposable ones to take back to our room. we would definitely stay here again.

The fridge didn't have a freezer section, leading to some issues with keeping our drinks cold.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, in the middle of jackson. Overall the staff was really helpful and pleasant.

I loved the central location and easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
